Sequence of the tRNA^leu-cox2 intergenic regions of the C haplotypes (C1 sequence corresponds to the mtDNA fragment from positions 3363-3935 bp published by Crozier and Crozier, 1993). C1, C2a and C2b haplotypes were described by Franck et al. (2000b) and C2c and C2d haplotypes by Sušnik et al. (2004). C2i are newly described in this work. Numbers correspond to variable polymorphic sites (in bold) (GenBank accession numbers FJ824582, FJ824583, FJ824584, FJ824585, FJ824586 and FJ824587).
